Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the highest quality of our applications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate quality into the development process early and consistently.
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts while documenting and tracking defects.
• Lead efforts to enhance the testing process and drive improvements in automation coverage across all platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Monitor and analyze testing results, providing actionable insights to enhance product quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on automation testing.
• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript frameworks, particularly React/React Native.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, particularly Cypress.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
