Responsibilities

• Act as the engineering anchor within a focused initiative team, collaborating closely with a Product Manager and designer to deliver high-quality software products.
• Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and deployment.
• Utilize AI coding agents to enhance productivity and quality, enabling the team to deliver results efficiently.
• Contribute to a shared codebase and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Take ownership of the technical aspects of projects, driving initiatives to meet key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with peers across the organization to share knowledge and improve engineering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong background in product development.
• Expertise in programming languages and technologies relevant to our tech stack (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
