Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced commercial attorney to join our in-house Transactions Legal Team within the Legal and Compliance organization. This pivotal role will enable our company's revenue growth by providing strategic legal support for various business transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial agreements, including software licensing, partnership, and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and product development, to identify legal risks and propose solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to legal and compliance matters.
• Stay current with legal trends and changes in legislation affecting the business.
• Support dispute resolution efforts and manage outside counsel as necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law and experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proven track record of providing sound legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
