Responsibilities

• Analyze data to deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Own analyses for a defined business area, providing clarity through detailed reporting.
• Create dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform deep technical analysis into systems and processes to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Utilize SQL and Snowflake for data extraction and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake or similar database systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience with visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with presence in the Seattle office Tuesday through Thursday.
