Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, managing their schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence and presentations, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation.
- Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Assist in special projects and research as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with at least 5 years in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in drafting correspondence and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
