Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between the CIO and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed promptly.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documentation related to the CIO’s office.
- Attend meetings with the CIO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed to support the CIO's decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a technology or corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
