Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the rooms department to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage and train staff to deliver high-quality service in line with company standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and communication.
  • Monitor room inventory and manage reservations to maximize occupancy rates.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Implement and uphold safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and submit recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
