Responsibilities

• Develop and create original graphic designs for ski and boot products, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design projects from initial idea to final production.
• Prepare and present design proposals, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to meet project objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to inspire innovative design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
• Utilize design software and tools to create high-quality visuals and prototypes for both internal review and external presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the sports or outdoor industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in product design, particularly in apparel or sports equipment.
• Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools.
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail with a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts effectively.
