Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of data center facilities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Lead a team of technicians and engineers in executing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on critical equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety and security protocols within the data center environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies and improve operational efficiency.

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external services to support data center operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and hardware systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience with AI technologies and their application in data center environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties as necessary.
