Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess current skills in the IT department to identify gaps in knowledge and training.
• Develop and implement training programs focused on artificial intelligence technologies and their applications in various IT roles.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure alignment between training initiatives and organizational goals.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously update training materials and methodologies.

• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals needing additional help with AI-related skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and progress for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in skills development, training, or educational program management within the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications in business.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse audience.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
