Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction of data center facilities from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Implement best practices for project management and risk assessment.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and performance to ensure project success.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction.
• Compile and maintain project documentation, reports, and financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data centers or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.
