Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive user guides and documentation for the Optimus product line.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather information and understand product functionality.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly language.
• Create and maintain a consistent documentation style and format across all user guides.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure guides meet user needs.
• Update and revise existing documentation as necessary based on product changes or user feedback.
• Work with the design team to create visually appealing and informative graphics and illustrations.
• Assist in the development of online help systems and tutorials for users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role, preferably in the technology or robotics sector.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and software such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in user research or usability testing is a plus.
