Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project resources to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify issues, and implement solutions effectively.
- Monitor project performance and implement changes as necessary to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
