Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, diversity inclusion, or human resources.
• Strong understanding of disability rights and inclusion practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS software.
