Job Opportunity: Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the New York City and Long Island area. This role is crucial in supporting our largest and most complex customers by navigating the operational and logistical aspects of the Tzield patient journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts and identify specific gaps affecting Tzield utilization and access.
• Connect key stakeholders within accounts to facilitate decision-making and implement solutions for Tzield administration.
• Educate accounts on the clear requirements for integrating Tzield into their operations.
• Collaborate with internal Sanofi stakeholders to identify and provide appropriate support for accounts.
• Enhance cross-department collaboration to improve the overall patient experience with Tzield.
• Analyze account-specific needs and leverage insights for strategic business planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in chronic and specialty conditions, is a plus.
