Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Assist in project management tasks, tracking progress and outcomes to support executive goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the executive team and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
