Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality web applications using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Utilize modern development practices to enhance productivity and system performance.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in web application development.
• At least 5 years of experience working with Node.js and React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with React Native is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with APIs (REST and GraphQL), application performance optimization, and cloud deployments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and automated testing tools such as Jest and Cypress.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
