Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all specifications and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project status, including financial performance and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Implement industry best practices and promote a culture of safety on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.
