Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive successful construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Review and approve project designs, contracts, and change orders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure quality control.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, expenses, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
