Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and timelines to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process efficiently and effectively.

• Train and supervise junior staff and tradespeople on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within specialty firms.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant construction tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
