Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to support their digital transformation journeys.
• Understand customer business and technical processes to identify workflows and requirements.
• Lead technical engagements with major AECO organizations across EMEA.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver standardized and custom offerings aligned with documented programs in the Customer Success Plan.
• Conduct health checks and develop custom workflows to enhance customer experience and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Create dashboards, reports, and integrations that support customers in achieving their desired outcomes.
• Facilitate training sessions to empower customers in utilizing Autodesk solutions effectively.
• Track and document customer interactions and project progress to ensure continuous improvement and value delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the AEC industry or related AEC technology roles.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
• Experience with digital tools and platforms, particularly in the construction space.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
