Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to support their digital transformation journeys.
- Understand customer business and technical processes to identify workflows and requirements.
- Lead technical engagements with major AECO organizations across EMEA.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver standardized and custom offerings aligned with documented programs in the Customer Success Plan.
- Conduct health checks and develop custom workflows to enhance customer experience and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Create dashboards, reports, and integrations that support customers in achieving their desired outcomes.
- Facilitate training sessions to empower customers in utilizing Autodesk solutions effectively.
- Track and document customer interactions and project progress to ensure continuous improvement and value delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the AEC industry or related AEC technology roles.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms, particularly in the construction space.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
