- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function, influencing how we recruit and scale the organization.
- Take ownership of key roles across various functions, placing a particular emphasis on hiring for Product and Engineering.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create aligned candidate profiles.
- Effectively move searches forward by managing the recruitment process and ensuring timely communication.
- Implement sourcing strategies utilizing outbound channels, referrals, networking, and early talent initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are well-informed and engaged.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to keep our strategies innovative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally in a fast-paced environment with a focus on technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the skills required for various roles within engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize sourcing and recruitment efforts effectively.
