Responsibilities

- Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO sector.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
