Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce competitive expert for strategic deals, participating in discovery sessions, technical validations, and executive meetings to mitigate risks and secure victories against Salesforce.
  • Develop and refine the Salesforce Competitive Playbook, documenting successful narratives, conversation strategies, demonstration techniques, and assertive sales methods for both rip-and-replace scenarios and new CRM assessments.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, core Solutions Engineers, and implementation partners to create solution blueprints, migration strategies, and TCO/ROI analyses that instill confidence in selecting HubSpot over Salesforce.
  • Implement scalable training and support for the Sales team to enhance their understanding of competitive positioning and strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for HubSpot's solutions in the CRM space.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in solutions engineering or competitive strategy.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, competitive landscape, and CRM market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and communicate compelling narratives and strategies.
  • Proficient in technical validation and solution design for complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs or enablement resources for sales teams.
