Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, SRE, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, implementing solutions to enhance system efficiency.
• Continuously improve the development process by suggesting and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of database management and cloud services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
