Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the organization's products and services within the assigned Philadelphia area, focusing on mid-sized and large customer accounts.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities that align with the company’s overall market and growth strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Actively utilize our CRM system (SFDC) to manage, document, and track sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lab equipment or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (SFDC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
