Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed financial models for potential and existing clients, including comprehensive fee and profitability analyses.
• Ensure adherence to pricing policies and procedures to deliver accurate and profitable financial proposals aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct financial reviews and profitability analyses, providing insights and recommendations for distribution to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams, BCD partners, and global pricing colleagues to maintain continuity throughout the pricing proposal process.
• Support the sales and commercial development teams in crafting strategic pricing proposals for national, regional, and multinational tenders.
• Assist in the retention and expansion efforts of the existing client base through effective financial analysis and pricing strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive pricing models to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a pricing or commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining accountability and productivity.
