Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and labor relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR metrics and analytics, with experience using HRIS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
