Responsibilities

- Participate in recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnership.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Experience with HR metrics and data analysis to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
