Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnership.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Experience with HR metrics and data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
