Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store products in designated areas to optimize inventory management.
• Pick and pack orders efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve operational processes.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed, using appropriate safety procedures.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and help address discrepancies.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
