Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
