Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA and JCAHO.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions based on clinical metrics.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health record systems.
- Certification in Healthcare Management (such as CPHQ or CPMSM) is a plus.
