Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the golf course, ensuring exceptional service quality for all members and guests.
• Manage golf staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to create a motivated and efficient team.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance the golfing experience and promote club services.
• Coordinate tournaments and events, ensuring all aspects of planning, execution, and follow-up are handled effectively.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing for golf equipment and merchandise, ensuring adequate supply levels and cost management.
• Engage with members and guests to gather feedback and improve service offerings continuously.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote golf programs, events, and membership initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and club policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in golf operations management or a similar role within the sports or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in golf management software and basic accounting principles.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with members, guests, and staff.
