Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and documentation for meetings.

- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings and events.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
