Job Summary

As the President of Industries, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Toptal’s Industries function. You will collaborate closely with our Heads of Industries, Vice President of Small and Medium Businesses (SMB), and General Managers associated with each industry vertical. This position is essential for developing and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy across various industries while driving revenue for all service lines at Toptal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Industries team in crafting and implementing effective GTM strategies tailored for each industry.
• Drive revenue growth across all service lines while ensuring alignment and performance across verticals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and scalability within the Industries function.
• Engage in hands-on leadership to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
• Act as a key representative for Toptal in industry forums and strategic partnerships.
• Provide regular updates to the executive team on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
