Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on commercial agreements, including licensing and vendor contracts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal setting, preferably in technology or market research.
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-legal personnel.
