Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online instruction in the MSN program focusing on Primary Care of the Maturing and Aged.
• Develop and maintain course materials that align with program objectives and accreditation standards.
• Support students in their learning journey, providing timely feedback and guidance.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and participation.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to enhance the quality of the program.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other educational activities.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices in nursing education and primary care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
• Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience in primary care.
• Previous teaching experience in higher education, particularly in nursing programs, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an online environment.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology.
