Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online instruction in the MSN program focusing on Primary Care of the Maturing and Aged.
- Develop and maintain course materials that align with program objectives and accreditation standards.
- Support students in their learning journey, providing timely feedback and guidance.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and participation.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to enhance the quality of the program.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other educational activities.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices in nursing education and primary care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
- Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience in primary care.
- Previous teaching experience in higher education, particularly in nursing programs, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an online environment.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology.
