Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorders.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Provide support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification.
- Current licensure as a Behavior Analyst in New York or New Jersey, or willingness to obtain.
- Previous experience in providing ABA therapy is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
