Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorders.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification.
• Current licensure as a Behavior Analyst in New York or New Jersey, or willingness to obtain.
• Previous experience in providing ABA therapy is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
