Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and highly technical AI Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Engineer to play a crucial role in our revenue engine. This position is not a traditional operations role; it uniquely blends software engineering, data science, and revenue strategy. You will be responsible for architecting an AI-first GTM ecosystem that bridges the gap between Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that every individual in our GTM organization and every component of our technology stack is enhanced by Artificial Intelligence. By doing so, you will enable us to generate more pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and reduce administrative friction, all while optimizing our technology expenditure.

Responsibilities

  • AI Architecture & Custom Integration: Design, code, and deploy custom AI integrations from scratch to connect our CRM, Sales Engagement platforms, and other technology stack components.
  • Tool Development: Build proprietary internal LLM-based tools to automate processes and enhance productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify areas where AI can drive operational improvements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of GTM strategies and provide actionable insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and GTM operations to continually enhance our approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AI, software development, or operations engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Sales Engagement platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
