Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom reports using Costpoint and Cognos to support financial operations.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements effectively.
• Design and implement reporting solutions that enhance decision-making processes.
• Support the company's financial transformation initiatives through accurate data analysis.
• Assist in the migration efforts to Costpoint, ensuring that all financial data is accurately transferred and validated.
• Provide training and support to team members on Cognos reporting functionalities.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and upgrades to reporting systems as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reporting issues and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Costpoint and Cognos reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in a financial analyst role is preferred.
