Position Summary
The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will be responsible for leading the enterprise security strategy, risk management, and compliance for a group of companies specializing in SaaS and data platforms within the Facilities and Asset Lifecycle sector. This senior management role will report directly to the Chief Digital and Services Officer, while also maintaining visibility and accountability to the executive teams across three operating companies. As CISO, you will play a critical role in safeguarding customer data, ensuring compliance readiness for enterprise sales, and developing a scalable security program that aligns with the growth trajectory of each company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide security strategy that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee risk management initiatives, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead incident response efforts, effectively managing security breaches and vulnerabilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior security leadership role, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex security programs and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
