Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment strategies and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations affecting recruitment and hiring.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with HR technology and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
