Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for storage services within Nebius Cloud.
• Manage the backlog for storage service teams, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver effective storage solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and enhancements.
• Oversee the development and deployment of various storage services, including block storage, file systems, and object storage.
• Ensure that storage solutions meet the requirements for AI/ML and HPC workloads.
• Drive initiatives to optimize storage performance and enhance user experience.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on product features to meet evolving client needs.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new storage offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or technical roles within cloud infrastructure or storage services.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of storage technologies and architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML workloads and high-performance computing environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from conception to launch.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is preferred.
