Responsibilities
- Review and analyze user stories and both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and update comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and flow diagrams.
- Define, maintain, and execute detailed test scenarios to ensure thorough coverage of features.
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and operations teams to ensure that all software releases meet quality standards.
- Identify, record, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring effective communication with the development team.
- Help define and improve QA processes and best practices within the team, promoting a culture of quality across the organization.
- Participate in continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role in software development.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
