Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced machine learning models for synthetic data generation.
• Analyze and understand the dynamics of how respondents answer surveys to improve model accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Implement new features for survey augmentation, audience profiling, and agentic insights.
• Conduct experiments and optimize models to ensure they meet business objectives and user needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and ML to continually enhance product offerings.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers on the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing machine learning models in a professional environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and experience with data manipulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with survey methodologies and market research is a plus.
