Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-first attitude in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the Internal HR team, Managers, and Technical Teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Manage all New Hire tickets in the ticket platform, ensuring timely completion of setup.
- Communicate updates to HR, Recruiting teams, and managers regarding ticket status.
- Keep shared spreadsheets updated to reflect progress across all teams.
- Act as a liaison between teams, documenting all meetings and key decisions.
- Work closely with newly hired users to guarantee an outstanding Day One experience.
- Support process updates and changes to tickets and related documentation.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of management.
- Proficient writing skills, capable of tailoring messages for diverse audiences, ranging from formal to casual.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
