Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager and Designer to define project scope and deliverables.
• Lead the engineering efforts in developing features for our home services platform.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable software solutions.
• Utilize AI coding agents to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and documentation.
• Continuously learn and implement new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Engineer or similar role in software development.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Knowledge of the BPO industry and experience working with online marketplaces is a plus.
