Responsibilities

• Act as the engineering lead for product initiatives, collaborating with a Product Manager (PM) and designer to deliver outstanding solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring the robustness and scalability of the platform.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and beyond.
• Leverage AI coding agents to enhance productivity and improve the overall quality of deliverables.
• Work closely with fellow engineers to ensure seamless integration of various components and share best practices.
• Contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of product metrics and drive initiatives to meet key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product engineering or software development, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with modern development frameworks and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
