Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical research projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including biostatistics, programming, and clinical data management personnel.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project.
- Facilitate project meetings, providing updates and addressing project-related concerns.
- Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, status updates, and final deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and good clinical practices (GCP).
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
