Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the clinical research industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory guidelines, and GCP standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
